Include the estate, town and county

Give the recipient’s full name, building or estate, road, neighbourhood, town and county, with the postcode where used. Add the apartment, floor and useful gate or entrance details, plus a local telephone number if available. A landmark can supplement the full physical address.

For a workplace, add the company, department and reception details. For a hotel or lodge, give the guest’s reservation name, arrival date and a person who has agreed to receive it. Check a hospital or care facility’s flower, plant and food rules before ordering for a patient.

Choose the receiving date for the whole gift

Same-day fresh-flower delivery in Kenya is available Monday to Sunday for arrangements with a same-day option when ordered before 15:00 local time in Kenya. Peak-holiday cutoffs may be earlier. Plants, cakes and packaged gifts have their own available dates. For a gift that includes fresh flowers, choose an available date for the complete gift that also meets the fresh-flower cutoff and delivery days.

A preferred arrival hour can be requested, but is not guaranteed. Contact customer service before ordering if arrival before a celebration or another deadline is essential. Plan ahead around busy holidays and confirm who can receive the gift.
